Review: Best Free Youtube, Instagram Workouts

With all of us stuck at home, it is so easy to sit inside all day and watch TV (speaking of...check out my last Wednesday article for TV show recs)!! While watching Netflix can be a fun activity, it is also really important to try to stay active in some way or another. That could mean going for a walk, taking a fitness class, or just moving around –– any form of exercise is great!

Since it can be hard to find things to do, I did some research and tested out some workouts so you don’t have to. Here are some great, free workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home:

  • Instructors are a mix of people who work in the store and ambassadors

  • Usually last 15-30 minutes

  • Includes core, yoga, running and bodyweight workouts

  • Great workout, can be very tough depending on the instructor

  • 30-50 minute workouts

  • Good mix of workouts from stretching to weight work

  • Sadly, terrible music

  • Posted daily since quarantine began

  • Classes last anywhere from 5-60 minutes

  • Includes plans that they create for you based on what your end goal is

  • Cardio, running, biking, family activities, meditation

Chloe Ting

  • Videos are found on Youtube

  • Great challenges, 2 week shred challenge is a 10/10

  • Music is not the best😢 but don’t let that deter you

Alexis Ren

  • I tried her 10 minute abs video on youtube

  • No break between each workout so it’s a 10 minute grind💪

  • Music is meh but you can just play some on your own

  • Difficulty level: 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Sydney Cummings

  • Found on Youtube

  • I tried the 40 minute HIIT video but there are lots of different length ones

  • So tough!!!
